Nos complace presentaros uno de los conciertos más interesantes y exclusivos en Madrid. Por primera vez en España podremos disfrutar de la música de Drab Majesty (Dais Records/USA) y She Pleasures HerSelf (Manic Depression Records/Portugal) el próximo viernes 12 de mayo en la sala Fun House (c/ Palafox, 8. Madrid) a las 21:30h. Entradas: 15€ anticipada, 18€ taquilla.
DRAB MAJESTY
Nos presenta su nuevo disco The Demonstration, una pieza maestra con una explosión brutal de sonidos que van desde el dark wave, synthwave hasta el shoegaze.
Esta banda ecléptica de Los Ángeles tiene unas influencias muy marcadas por Psychic TV y las armónicas guitarras de The Durutti Column. Desde temas que evocan sonidos envolventes como Cocteau Twins o The Cure a otros temas más contundentes que recuerdan al dark wave o el rock gótico de The Sisters of Mercy, Lycia, The Frozen Autumn o Clan of Xymox entre otros.
Drab Majesty ha acompañado como telonero a muchas de las bandas citadas anteriormente y se encuentra inmersa en una gira mundial en la que está rodando con Cold Cave y King Dude.

SHE PLEASURES HERSELF
Nos presenta su nuevo disco Fetish, un álbum increíble que te hace bailar incesantemente con sus ritmos oscuros y sus transgresores patrones de batería.
El trío portugués crea melodías sugerentes que evocan a tiempos pasados de la década de los 80, sonidos con reminiscencias del dark wave, rock gótico o el post punk. Sus potentes canciones recuerdan a The Sister of Mercy, She Wants Revenge o She Past Away.
She Pleasures HerSelf estará acompañando próximamente a Pink Turns Blue en Portugal.

Introducing their new album The Demonstration, a masterpiece with a brutal explosion of sounds ranging from dark wave, synthwave to shoegaze.
This eclectic band from Los Angeles has a strong influence by Psychic TV and the harmonic guitars of The Durutti Column. From themes that evoke enveloping sounds like Cocteau Twins or The Cure to other more compelling themes reminiscent of darkwave or gothic rock from The Sisters of Mercy, Lycia, The Frozen Autumn or Clan of Xymox among others.
Drab Majesty has accompanied as an opening act for many of the bands mentioned above and is immersed in a worldwide tour in which their touring with Cold Cave and King Dude.
